6月下旬米克拉颱風外圍環流及西南氣流為屏東縣帶來超大豪雨，多處商家與住宅社區受災。屏東縣政府除啟動「米克拉颱風商家淹水慰助金專案」外，考量中央補助未涵蓋公寓大廈的公共空間，主動加碼編列經費，將地下室、機電空間等室內公共區域納入慰助範圍。
